I was selected here on the interview basis. In the initial month August I was a physical and regular intern under Aishwarya maam and later from the following year I started working from home with her. Collectively worked upon the matters related to NIA, TADA act, Here I have made various LOD’s, done the briefing of the matters, prepeared PW statements, helped the team mates in rest of the other types of the works, did various researches on the various types of judgements of the SUPEREME COURT OF INDIA. I worked here with the team of almost 70 people. With the support of all the associates and interns I found personal and professional growth in myself.

Organized evidences for trials, organized filing system of legal documents. Attended court hearings and drafted legal documents, done research of the various judgments. Created updated case management and client databases. Assisted sir in the development of strategies in the case related matters.

Here, with the team I firstly learned about the team work. I was initially told to visit the courts daily with the colleagues. Later, I was assigned to present in front of Hon’ble trial and session courts to take the matters for the Passovers or to submit any sort of documents in the courts. I also learned the procedures of applying for the certified copies and PF filings. Here I learned the drafting’s of the agreements, notices, complaints, petitions, MOU, affidavits etc. I have collectively worked on the matters of Adopted child’s right in the ancestral property, Power of attorney, wards and Guardians Act, NI act 1881, Indian Contract act 1872, Protection of Women’s from Domestic Violence act 2005 etc. Also done the findings of the judgements and the case laws research on the above mentioned acts,

Assisted advocate in the regular court hearings, I was engaged there in the research of the case laws, judgements findings on the matters of Adopted child’s right in the ancestral property, Power of attorney, wards and Guardians Act, NI act 1881, Indian Contract act 1872, Protection of Women’s from Domestic Violence act 2005 and the maximum matters were taken of Delhi Rent Control Act (DRC). I solely represented myself in the lower courts various times on the behalf of my amin counsel. Learned the team work and personal growth and found the changes in myself. It was a great experience to start my internship with the Respected Arun Gupta sir who is a civil advocate in Sikar. At the initial times I went to the regular court hearings and saw the court procedures with him, read and learnt about how civil matters and where civil matters in the court are taken up. Maintained his confidential records and handled the client interactions. Also Analyzed the complex issues regarding the litigation matters.
