Sorter-Pull and stacks product based on daily orders.-Check and prepare the items, make sure theres no discrepancy between orders and invoice.-keep product separated, organised, and in good conditionMachine Operator/ Product label Operator-Start-up pasteuriser belt conveyor machine and machine automatic set-up (Speed,Temperature,kind of pasta and ravioli)-Change and replace product labe/sticker in printer machine (Front label, Underneath label, Boxed label)-Perform machine start-up, change-over, shutdown and lock-out tag-out procedures.-Keep product separated organized, and in good rotation.-Perform quality control inspection and record data-Ensure that weights/thickness, temperature and water content are within acceptable limits.-Support current production needs by moving items between equipment, belt conveyor, mixers,pasteurises and staging areas.
