Our training is based on the latest brain science, positive psychology, and ancient wisdom. Personally, I am a wife and mom to 2 teenagers who are my inspiration. Prior to opening my Personal Development & Corporate Training Company, I had a successful 18-year career in commercial real estate financing. Years ago, I started a daily meditation practice, that completely transformed my overall state of well-being. The dramatic ways that it improved my life made me curious to learn and understand what the heck was happening! That led to becoming a certified meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, energy healer, and life coach. Now I love teaching what I have learned so that it helps others before they burn out like I did!My superpower is helping people remove mental blocks, free the mind from suffering, and tap into happiness. If there was one thing I wish everyone learned in kindergarten, it is that elongated exhales are the fastest way to calm our nervous system because they send signals that we are in a safe place and that it's okay to rest and relax. How cool is that? Our breath is free, and always available! Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders, and soften your belly :) Doesn't that feel nice?! My intention is that our sessions to feel like a giant exhale leaving the body, and you leave with clarity and radiant energy to approach your day!I enjoy nature, reading, yoga, dogs, listening to great music, and of course meditation! I love learning and consider myself a lifelong student and a teacher. I am currently studying herbalism and how herbs can soothe our bodies and build resiliency, adaptability, and mental peace in these transformative times.
