Current- Part of several teams working on new features, components and customer issues for an enterprise content management system. We used Scrum/LeSS as work methodology.- Code migration (with history) from SVN to Git (Gitlab) of the main large repository (2.5 GB files), while the repository was still being used by the team. We established a workflow for bugs and feature development, inspired by git flow, which was adopted by the extended team.- I was part of the team who designed and developed the new Heartbeat server, a stand-alone serverless stack on AWS cloud, which replaced the old self-hosted infrastructure. The stack is in production and gathers data from product installations in the wild, old and new versions, which send data in different formats.- Benchmark tool – worked on revitalizing an existing benchmark framework, using Spring Boot and Docker.- Added metrics to the application, using Micrometer and Prometheus. We gathered metrics for database interaction, REST API, application server metrics.- Worked at extending the REST API framework for the repository.- Worked on features and improvements to the cloud content connectors for AWS S3 and Azure, which allow storing content in the cloud storage.- Security issues and library upgrades, to comply to the client’s SLAs regarding vulnerabilities in the product and 3rd-party libraries.- People management: performance review, goal setting and monitoring for a group of developers (highest number was 5).
