Being a Coordination Engineer, my works are more than what meets the eye. My grooming to become a Coordination Engineer started off as a Junior Estimation Engineer which helped me learn and realize that we have to consider the cost of every single item which will be used for constructing a building either its Civil or MEP side.Then I was promoted to being an MEP Coordinator due to my communication & soft skills where I was working under different Project Managers with different working styles. I was doing the site coordination, documentation control, preparing subcontracts etc.I was slowly introduced into Civil division through Tenders coordination & submission to Clients & Consultants especially for DEWA & MOEI. And now I am working as Coordination Engineer for Civil & MEP division with site coordination, reviewing contracts, tender coordination, finalizing subcontracts for procurement, Invoicing etc.My key skills are:• Construction Management.• Project Planning.• Contract Management.• Vendor Management.• Project Coordination. • Project Management.• Technical Documentation.• Invoice Management.• Tender Coordination & Submission.
