- Act as a liaison between TMKIN and oversea customers, know well the customers' & market request, and work hard to match.- Communicate with Customers, Sample Sewers, Product Developers, and Factories, building strong business relationships- Receive tack pack from our customer, translate and study teck pack thoroughly alongside sample team to ensure that all details have been understood.- Analysis the garment sample or tech pack/specification, make style sample, size sample, PP sample step by step until very detail is confirmed.- Check sample with sample makers to guarantee that all customer’s standards have been met.- Work closely with sample team, develop sample thoroughly according to the teck pack, and customer’s requirement.-Keep very close watch of the order until the products was delivered to the customer. - Monitor prototype/sample/bulk production progress to ensure deadlines are met -Support to source or develop fabric and accessories, and compare the cost-Offer the best quotation for customers. Building relationship with customer- Maintain all style files, both fabric and accessories to stay up to date with latest information. -Handle complains and improve accordingly. -Train and mentor junior staffTMKIN Manufacture and export garment to all over the world. Hunting Clothing,Outerwear, Fleece, Rainwear, Padded Clothing, WindbreakerAt 2015, we finished about 1,000,000 pcs of garment, total turnover is about USD10 million. Our new factory is about 8000 square meters. We have been in this line for many years and have good experiences. We know well the customers' & market request, and work hard to match.
