Junior Account Administrator
- Processing and reviewing financial statements and reports and balancing these financial statements using manual and electronic bookkeeping method.
- Managing petty cash transactions in order to control the petty expenses of the company systematically and efficiently.
- Ensuring that the payments of the customers are timely recorded in order to control credit and proper posting are made electronically.
- Prepare and submits insurance claims in order to ensure accurate and thorough billing of claims and monitor and ensure timely payment of bills.
- Responsible for the preparation of the company budgets, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist the Accounts Manager and Senior Accounts Manager in the preparation of budget with written correspondence and reports.
