During my internship at NalandaWay Foundation, I contributed to the UNESCO-led "Games for Learning Project," an initiative designed to integrate digital games into educational curricula to enhance Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies. This project targeted schools in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, addressing themes such as identity, migration, art appreciation, and sustainability.In this role, I supported the enrollment and certification processes for students involved in the project. My responsibilities included managing the enrollment and certification of 1,000 students, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and delivering high-quality work. The project successfully impacted 29 schools, resulting in 15,000 enrollments and 5,000 certifications.
