Senior Specialist, Corporate Customer - Quality
CurrentI am the point of contact for Mondelez customers and responsible for leading Quality related customer relationship management efforts to ensure all Quality related customer concerns and complaints are properly reported and investigated. In this role, I serve as the key point of contact to communicate the resolution of customer related issues. I also work with the company’s internal partners to ensure that proper RCAs and related CAPAs are implemented at the manufacturing level. I also support DSD and RDC external audits and support network hold and release process.
