Development and management of Net-Connect Group`s business operations in Slovakia- market and legal research;-business setup -legal, administrative, financial levels;-regulatory matters;-authorization process as local operator;-contract negotiation;-managing the implementation of the interconnection process;

As a Project Manager and founding member of the Business Development department of Net-Connect I was in charge with everything from doing the business and telco setup requirement`s research before entering on a new market , up to managing all our activities from administrative to technical implementantion of a new interconnection in the countries I managed as a PM or as CEO during almost 6 years.As a 5 years expert on interconnection and regulatory matters specific to voice direct interconnection and development of a national operator service in Eastern European countries such as Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Moldova, Croatia, Slovakia, Czeck Republic, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia etc.I developed the following skiss:-Interconnection: experience in reviewing Reference Interconnection Offers and negotiation of a direct or indirect interconnection with local fixed and mobile operators;-knowledgde and understanding of international wholesale market trends (Europe, African, LATAM)- legal skills: experience in understanding legal matters in relation with the obligations of a local operator in Europe countries; drafting official addresses, contracts review , preparing the litigation file.- research about business and telecommunication bylaws and market trends;Net-Connect Group is a multinational telecommunications company, with points of presence in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Moldova, Turkey, Croatia, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Greece, offering both high quality services (using TDM infrastructure ) and complete cost-effective solutions (using VoIP network ) to Wholesale, Corporate and Call Center clients.With more than 10 years’ experience on the international market, we have a strong focus in the European and African Markets, which is backed by our strong network infrastructure and direct interconnection with local carriers.

Manager of the Administrative& Financial Department - interest negociation of bank deposits;- payments schedule;-checking invoicing process ;-reporting directly to the CEO and the Chairman;-managing a team of 3 people with different tasks: administrative, financial and HR related.

-debts collection and payments for all our partners(national and international customers/providers) -around 200;-maintaining the relation with the banks where the company has accounts opened;- managing the financial situation with all our accounts;-taking decisions regarding the customers with overdue amounts by having a strong collaboration with legal department.
