Coordinate designers to prepare all materials for activities as Test Vehicle Selection, Certification planning and Component Approval and provide feedback and reports to our main office - Toyota Motor Corporate Japan.As a personal initiative I develop and implement Kaizen & Muda improvements for all internal processes in our Project Management team and for our testing team in UK. As part of this initiative I offer trainings about Ms Office inside/outside of my department, I create and review Manuals, Technical Materials and support activities related to WLTP, COC (Certificate of Conformity), WVTA (Whole Vehicle Type Approval) and EOS (End of Series) and I coordinate automation of COC process.I coordinate NCAP (New Car Assessment Program) and OVSC (Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance) process linked to North America vehicle introduction.One of my biggest accomplishments is introduce PRL (Project Responsibility List) in all departments (PM, G-RIS, G-CIS, Testing Team) to ensure that all the notifications will be send to the correct Person in Charge for all homologation activities.

I was part of two departments - Change Management and Alphega Operational.My role in Change Management department was to find improvements that can make internal flows faster, more efficient and profitable or have a lower cost in labour for our employees together with all managers.Manage to gather feedback and ideas from my colleagues, assess the impact and cost and together with top management decide if they are to be implemented. I coordinate implementations and provide reports about the actual benefit versus projected.In the Alphega Operational department I coordinate together with marketing team, planning and implementing of rebranding of Alphega pharmacies. I was in charge of negotiations of contracts with suppliers, keep on track the RFQ/ RFI, sync with other departments as Procurement and Financial and provide reports about the success of the implementation.Manage the website for the Alphega Romania B2B and B2C sites.

My main activity was to negotiate procurement contracts and then coordinate the implementation process for them. By negotiating the contracts (financial, sales, marketing, accounting, health etc) I managed to reduce operational costs and maintained a close relationship with important suppliers from the market which contributed significantly to the success of our department. I was also in charge of analysis, reporting and improving the activity of GNFR and Logistic Departments by using LEAN and Kaizen principles. For this activity I use internal system like WEP(Warehouse Efficiency Program) and OIS (Operational Information System) to assess and measure the success of the implemented changes. I also participated in the improvement of employee retention by creating a training and development plans and providing in-house trainings on topics like Ms Office and Internal tools and procedures. I was named the informal lead for both initiatives.

My main role was to support the planning and implementation of all promotional activities in my department. I was in charge of monitoring the inventory, cash flow, budget and orders for all the stores . I would report directly to management information related to P&L (Profit and Loss) SAP build-up and make proposals to upgrade the internal flows and work procedures.I negotiated contracts with suppliers that wanted to be part of our promotional campaigns and participated on monthly Board Meeting Director’s and share the results of my department. I would also report our progress against set KPIs and deadlines.

I was responsible for creating various financial reports and present them to the Head of Delivery department. Reports included evaluation of client performance, calculate the margin of sold items per region/customer/KAM, monitor the evolution of reduced rates to actual customers. I record and analyse the costs in the P&L and SAP and propose ways of improvement, set targets with Head Of Delivery for coming years for all Key Account Managers. I was also responsible for tracking the performance of various departments against internal KPIs. My greatest accomplishment was to calculate evolution of FTE inside of the Delivery department for up-coming years and take countermeasures to balance workload of the agents and create a better allocation of customers to each Key Account Manager.

As the Assistant Manager to the Manager of Post Purchase Services department I had to maintain the relationship with service partners, keep track of parts sales and deliveries to the end customers. We were using SAP to create orders, track new customers, suppliers, service parts and sale reports. I also exchanged various reports with our suppliers regarding internal stock, orders and prices, kept track of customer complaints and follow them until resolution. I was in charge of reporting and had to present my reports to the head of the department. I also supported the Sales and Marketing departments with promotional campaigns by providing financial reports and legal compliance advice. My pet project was normalizing data from all our sales and post purchase services databases so I could be able to provide better reports and keep track of warranty claims. This saved the company from a lot of fraudulent claims that couldn't be properly tracked before.

I was also a Project responsible for setting tasks, control activities and analyzing the results of merchandising company in the chain of hypermarkets, about promoting our own products.Together with Accounting department we succeed to decrease the number of unpaid invoices by creating a tracking list for all clients.
