Marketing Responsibilities- Managing 3rd party relations through communication and expanding awareness- Producing operational briefs surrounding local and national promotions ensuring these arecommunicated to sites.-Provide restaurant support in operational and local marketing support.-Produce and distribute brand newsletter- Manage all brand invoices to ensure these are distributed to the relevant department.-Attend networking events, raising the profile of the brand and venues within the local communitySales Responsibilities- Grow and maximise pre-booked sales, through the increased sale of Lunch, Dinner and Group Bookings-Manage all sales enquiries ensuring that all incoming enquiries are dealt with and deliver a high level of conversion from enquiry to confirmed booking.- Perform client show rounds and meet and greet clients, acting as the venues’ representative- Provide restaurant support specifically with sales pre-orders and pre-payments.- Successful promotion and selling of all consumer and calendar occasions.- Work to pre-determined targets.- Continually build and validate a database of contacts with key employers, organisations andprivate customers using the company systems- Plan sales focus days to drive a sales culture within the venues

- Hire qualified personnel when needed- Organize and coordinate people and operations - Supervise and oversee staff members- Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality- Manage budgets and approve expenditures- Develop and communicate standard operating procedures- Establish standards for customer service- Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines- Keep and update relevant documents and records - Create reports for senior management
