I am a customer driven person, who enjoys creative and exciting challenges. I love to involve myself with the problems of the customers and come through with innovative solutions. Markedly, a passion of mine is to make everyone in the team feel included and develop a dynamic work-environment for the employees & a save/cheerful space for the customers. My routine activities include organizing a team of ten, managing the store, handling any obstacle that may arise and taking care of the financials (Excel sheets).In my career, as a store manager, I have motivated the group, to work faster and demonstrated them that I believe in them which have inspired confidence in the current employees. As a leader, I care about having a good time while securing the job accomplished.The reason that I am seeking a new challenge is to grow and gain increased skills. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to a modern environment, language or culture.
