In this role I work with several business segments such as enterprise, distributors, sub- distributors up to SMB which have a turnover of around 1-50 billion rupiah per month. I am responsible for providing solutions to their needs in terms of payment and billing systems and also identifying opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells based on clients evolving needs and usage patterns.

- Responsible to manage partnership with wide range of merchants, mostly focus on strategic merchants in this role.- Lead some gathering with several Brand and do the presentation on public- Do the partnership with strategic merchants such as Hainam Bowls, Fat Bubble, Nasi Uduk Kebon Kacang and several other big brands. - Ensuring business development activities of my merchants are growing through the partnership program, from creating a successful plan of action, exploring strategic solution to client's issues, and analyzing competitor.

- Responsible to manage partnership with wide range of brands, mostly focus on Enterprise brands in this role.- Conduct weekly training to new sales who handle sales to Enterprise and SMB- Meeting and presenting our product to wide range of brands such as Erigo Apparel, Golden Black Coffee, Dough Lab, and several other big brands. - Ensuring to fulfill Client needs especially from the packaging segmentation- Exploring branding strategic through their packaging and analyzing competitor.
