The job was a one year project as the kindergarten was outsourcing a part of their administration. I took part in that project and my job was to be the link between the accounting firm and the kindergarten, and taking care of the parts that were not outsourced. The tasks included among others invoicing of tuition fees, assisting in salary administration and bookeeping. I had contact with staff, families, authorities and working unions in questions related to tuition fees, taxes and salaries. Except for excellent skills in economy administration i improved my way of analythical thinking, sense for prioritising and administrative work. The work was parttime.

My responsibilities included transfering information between registers and databases, updating customer registers and other related tasks.
