TEDx RMIT Hanoi 2022 is an event within the framework of TEDx held at RMIT University in Hanoi, with the theme "TRANSITION: Waves of Breakthrough". Through insightful ideas and motivational stories from our speakers, we aim to prepare the audience for the waves of transitions in life and motivate them to forge their own breakthroughs in the path of self-development. We broke records by selling out our tickets within 12 minutes and reaching over half a million Facebook users and nearly 20,000 Instagram users throughout our project. Such goals wouldn't have been achieved without support from our 12 sponsorship and media partners, 5 speakers and beloved attendees.My key responsibilities as Head Organizer:- Established foundation for the project, including missions, visions, goals, strategies, competitive advantages, target audience, theme, etc.- Organized project structure of 4 teams: Marketing and Communications, Program and Curation, Event Management and Finance.- Led 36 members towards shared goals while supervising their progresses.- Represented TEDxRMIT in relationships with key stakeholders e.g., TEDx Global team, RMIT departments, RMIT executive board and audiences.

- Co-announcer at RMIT Vietnam Graduation Day 2022- Co-host at "Authentic Self-love: How to honestly love yourself" workshop- Host at RMIT Vietnam Chairman Peter Coloe's Meeting with Students at Hanoi Campus- MC at RMIT Scholarship Award Ceremony

- Pitched club's mission, vision, objectives and action plan to RMIT Student Life department.- Supervised club's 4 departments' operation and 30 members.- Organized external and internal workshops about Job opportunities in Public Speaking, Voice training, Body Language, Fear and Confident, etc.

RMIT Business and Finance Club Hanoi was RMIT Hanoi's best academic club in 2021.- Contacted and formed partnerships with club's stakeholders (RMIT's staff, Student Council, guest speakers, etc).- Hosted Investment workshop with 3 distinguished guests in Finance.

Future Business Analyst Competition is a playground for 200 teams passionate about Business Analysis (BA) to identify opportunities and solutions for businesses in the post-Covid context.- Led a team of 15 members in finding experts in Business Analysis and Finance industries.- Established and managed partnerships with 13 Industry Mentors and 25 Judges.- Assigned Mentors to competing teams and assisted their mentoring process.- Cooperated with Judges in constructing questions and marking rubrics and monitored their marking process.

- Assisted in fund-raising activity through selling Vietnamese traditional embroidered costumes and bags. - Dedicated 100% estimated revenue of 25.000.000 VND to “Open Road” mobile app, a free audiobook library for visually impaired people in Vietnam, aiming to publish 1000 audiobooks by the end of 2020.Volunteering in the fund-raising for Open Road was an eye-opening experience to me. Not only was I inspired by the members’ compassion and purpose, but my perception of the disadvantaged also changed, from feeling pitiful towards their disability to focusing on helping them leverage their abilities. VAF’s activities also introduced me to sustainable social work: to create practical opportunities with a well-planned scheme emphasizing education.
