Throughout my career as a designer, I have been observing and exploring how 'space can help people grow .. as a person, as a team, as an organization'. I believe that people who can grow and personally develop themselves, are less vulnerable and have more agility and flexibility to face new challenges in their private and/or professional life. In facilitating people to further develop some of their core competences, I want to design space that can help them grow. "MAKE ROOM TO GROW | GIVE ROOM TO GROW" is my adaggio. My specialized knowledge - mostly in the field of New Ways of Working, developing workplace strategies and designing healthy work environments -, has given me the opportunity to test above concept in projects for multinational organisations.As a senior co-creator of a 35 people Design and Projectmanagement firm, I exemplify thought leadership and strongly advocate a teal organisational structure for profit as well as non-profit organisations.Being a diplomat by nature, I have an inborn sense of idealism. My strong intuiton and creative thinking help me to take well thought decisions firmly. Having both my feet on the ground, I am capable of taking concrete steps to realize my goals and make a lasting positive impact. I strive to bring people together and to inspire.
