A professional with more than 25 years experience in the insurance, telecommunications, chemical and automation industries, I have been employed in a number of successful roles as an information technology consultant. My experience is based on Customer Care Service principles with my effort and quality of work recognized by a Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Gold Medal in 2006. I have coordinated virtual technical teams, developed metrics reports to analyse levels of service and signed SSL Digital Certificates to protect public web sites.I have a reputation which is recognised by management as one who inspires others, takes care of the client and provides a high quality of work. In this role I have also demonstrated strong negotiation skills reducing a third party vendor cost by 20% annually. In the above roles I have produced new processes, procedures and metrics reports. I have developed presentations and global communications to boost customer confidence, establish trust, encourage engagement and interest in my services to increase visibility and adopt the same service in other countries. Currently, I’m in the process of transferring SSL certificate management from Mainframe NA to Asturias, Spain.
