As member of the IS/IT management team I am managing four team both on-shore and off-shore with a mission to enable high quality delivery support to the development teams. Key responsibilities for me and my teams includes Release Management, Test environment reliability, DBA Management and our Continuous Delivery Platform.

Team Manager for the Release and Delivery function within Com Hem IS/IT responsible for:* Budgeting* Team development* The Configuration Management Process * The Release Process and all release related activities * The daily operations of the test environments supporting the release process. * Continuously improve how we support and maintain our test environments

Team Leader for the IS/IT Delivery Team responsible for the daily operations of the test environments supporting the IS/IT release process. The team also act as Subject Matter Experts within the following area of expertis: * Configuration and Deployment Management* Application and System Management* Database and Infrastructure Management

Technical Project Manager resonsible for technical implementations of M3/Movex, including: * Planning, monitoring and executing technical deliveries * Planning, execution and presentation of technical pre-studies * Technical and development time and cost estimation * Routines for Development, Deployment and Maintenance

Responsible for:- Customer specific development in a Movex/M3 project- Application environment setup, rules of development and environments structure for Movex/M3- Development and deployment routines

Customer specific development of the Movex system in RPG and Java.
