Being an enthusiastic development professional with having more than 4+ years of experience at grass root level in areas of development with hands-on experience and in programme planning, development, implementation, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, partnership management and documentation. My works of experience include Disaster Management, Adolescent and Youth Development, Health and Nutrition, Education, Livelihood Enhancement and Community Radio Programming. I have managed national and state level projects supported by NGOs, INGOs and Govt. departments. I am acquaint with the concept on community led approaches with having clear understanding and working experiences in gender equity & diversity among the programme participants, integrity, tolerance, impartiality, respect to all.
