Operations Manager
Current• Organization of logistics related to the importation of petroleum products (LPG) through the annual and monthly scheduling of gas tanker supply. This involves defining with suppliers, based on needs, the number and size of ships to be provided, as well as the quantities and delivery times.• Management of storage depot inventory to maintain minimum stock levels through synchronization with the commercial area for product export (support in defining product sales programs based on available stocks and incoming ships schedules) • Organization of work and management of operational personnel • Implementation of new procedures and standardization of processes to optimize workflow • Management of relations with the Maritime Authorities for formalities deriving from the handling of ships in the port and with Customs Authorities for all operational and taxes audit activities • Management of commercial relations with suppliers and negotiation of the costs arising from the traffic of gas carriers at the dock (Demurrage)• Security manager & Port Facility Security Officer (under the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code)• Co-negotiator in the discussion aimed at reaching trade union agreements with RSA and the Regional Secretariats
