Senior Optical Designer/Engineer, specialized in Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) field.My expertise has progressively widened its scope from integrated device, to optical boards, up to the overall network management. In this environment I have given my key contributions to several hardware and software releases, with tight scheduling and demanding requirements. My role is not limited to the Italian sector, but rather seamlessly integrated with worldwide engineering functions in support of a billion-dollar share of the global Optical market. I have been judged to be a good team relationships builder, also by taking into account other people’s vantage point. As a designer I have developed the gift of synthesis (finding general rules applicable in a variety of practical cases), while testing work has given strength to my analytical capacity (spotting the minor oddity to discover the hidden flaw).
