- Developed and executed the sponsorship and event strategy for the Practice and Partner segments to increase client awareness and understanding of MYOB offerings.- Led the marketing events team to develop, drive and deliver the calendar of events across Australia and New Zealand, to increase brand engagement with MYOB’s Partners. - Developed the skills and capability of team members.- Developed and aligned experiential marketing programs across the client spaces, developing key messaging and themes for all events.- Drove strategic recommendations and improved effectiveness and efficiency of events through data and analytics. Achievements:- Increased team engagement from +25 to +65 in 3 months.- Delivered the biggest, and first sold out, MYOB event ever with the highest attendance rate (92%) and highest NPS (+48).- Achieved highest ever revenue numbers for an online (tax) seminar - 120% to target

- Provided marketing and advertising support to the Practice and Partner Marketing team. This required varied communications through multi channels including digital, print and events. - Managed relationships with clients and managed all marketing requirements. This included strategic assistance and presenting (selling) creative solutions to ensure the best outcomes.- Led the delivery of partner events including content delivery, creative, activations, keynotes, presenter selection, coaching and stage direction.- Ensured campaigns were delivered with an on-brand holistic and integrated viewpoint.- Provided art direction, copy direction and proof-reading as required.- Provided guidance and recommendations on all print jobs, including ideation for DM pieces, stock recommendations, promotional item sourcing, activation assistance, quotes and supplier relationship management.Achievements- Implemented new business management tool “Admation” into the agency which saw a 70% increase in work being reviewed and completed on time.- Awarded under the High Achiever Program as a Member of Kudos. This required receiving the highest rating in performance reviews across a 12-month period.- Delivered an external Partner Marketing Portal which enabled clients to co-brand and download MYOB collateral directly. - Conceived and art directed the promotional item - “A box of Inspiration” - which won outstanding achievement and performance in a B2B campaign at the APPA Promotional Excellence Award 2018.
