Conduct research for educational cases that are written by Kelley School of Business faculty. Conduct research for faculty speeches at extracurricular events, mini universities, continuing education, and presentations. Evaluate the market for women in business organizations to establish a target and a need for a women in business center at Indiana University.

Organized Young Women's Institute logistics by communicating with potential participants, parents, and counselors, planning activities, and database management.Through two years of the program, I increased the yield to IU and the Kelley School of Business by eight percent and 47 percent respectively, through further development of the fall reunion and consistent communication with participants throughout the year. The Young Women's Institute was ranked the second best pre-college program in the United States at the end of 2013. My supervisor changed throughout my time as student coordinator. I oversaw the transition by training the new supervisor and taking the lead on decision making during my second year. During this time, I developed spreadsheets and a timeline for the program to continue using.

Prepared tax and informational returns for individuals, partnerships, C and S-corporations using GoSystems, ProSystem fx Engagement and GoFileRoom.Compiled research on charitable giving regarding different types of trusts, donor advised funds, and charitable gift annuities for a client. Presented research including connections to BKD, history, and financial data on a prospective client to partners to aid in a future proposal.

Compiled procurement cards with team travel receipts to meet NCAA and compliance standards of reporting. Reconciled team credit cards with receipts and filed reports from each away competition. Determined which accounting records could be purged and which were necessary for audit purposes.

Spend time working with kids ages 8-11 on homework, reading, and learning activities to help promote and encourage educational growth.
