Organized four fun, age-appropriate weekly productions for kids two years old through 5th grade, averaging 500 kids per Sunday. Created, recruited, delegated, and managed leadership teams. Equipped 130 classroom teachers and 45 production team members, including actors, dancers, singers, and technical crew, for weekly programming. Managed and taught various classrooms from 2 year olds through 5th grade, conducted parent and child conferences when necessary. Empowered both adult leadership teams and student-led volunteer teams to unify around the mission and create individualized goals and milestones. Equipped each team to evaluate whether or not they achieved their goals and brainstorm areas of improvement. Effectively communicated with parents of participants and team members.

Choreographed dances and performed on stage with dance team in production for families. Taught and recruited dance teams made up of kids Kindergarten to 8th grade. Casted in a weekly preschool production where I sang, danced, and acted. Coordinated sets and props.

Designed creative and effective print materials. Wrote books and other publications for awareness and education purposes.
