booking the daily bank statements, allocating and clearing vendor, customer and GL items such as VAT payments and returns, Cash Pool interests, bank charges, Wages, Payrolls and T&L-s- booking the cash pool items and balance matching and correction every week/month for every treasury code- GL clearing, especially the transit/suspense accounts- provide appropriate backup documentation for the GL accounts reconciliations- cooperating in the monthly and quarterly closings- implement the weekly, regular payment runs for Italy, Germany, Ireland, UK, Switzerland andAustria- handling the banking interface, upload payments, issue resolution, and master data updates- implement and allocate intercompany payments, allocate IBS transactions, special wiretransfers and FX trades in different currencies- in case of audit provide the requested backups- create and send remittance advices according the successful transactions
