The strategy was to build and also evolve MKS' industry leading, robust and innovative software solutions adding distinct business value to MKS' customers. Represented Development, Quality Control and IT in a successful due diligency process where Sartorius subsequently acquired us in april 2017 for the purchase price of $72.5 million (~630 MSEK). Our previous purchase price (2006) were $27.4 million (~230 MSEK) which correlates to our big growth and the increased valuation (265%) of $45.1 million.

CGI is Sweden's biggest IT company and Canada's biggest tech company. The primary focus is on consultancy services within IT and software development.I was team Leader at CGI for all software developers in Umeå and Örnsköldsvik. The two offices was located about 70 miles apart and consisted of ~35 developers in total. I was also leader and initiator of the AR department within CGI. It's today a >$100 million business and growing significantly, especially within the nordics market. The driving force behind the development of Augmented Reality and Microsoft HoloLens solutions at CGI from the start. Initiated and managed a joint effort to successfully aquire the first HoloLens unit in Europe. Created a roadmap for innovation, development and marketing for AR within CGI which created a huge boost in marketing with an estimated value of >$1M (~8 MSEK) in only first 6 months and also generated a number of high profile customer projects in healthcare/biobanking, logistics, architecture and urban planning. Many of the projects have been sucessfully implemented as of now.Very experienced as a Software- and Solution Architect delivering enterprise solutions on web-based platforms, cloud services, on-premises and mobile applications.
