As a leader I strongly believe in the power of pointing out the direction, rather than forcing decisions onto the organization. I am also an advocate of the importance of working with employees and colleagues, to help them understand the targets, the What and Why in the business. Without a common understanding of targets and how to get there, it will be difficult to be successful in any organization, commercial or not. I am also a dedicated and experienced presenter, who really enjoys bringing a message to the audience and find ways to make them listen to your message. As a person I am driven by a mindset aiming for constant improvement and to find new ways of challenging myself. With a consultative and solution oriented approach, my target is to make a difference for my colleagues as well as for my customers’ business; I strive to find the right solution for the right customer in the right situation. I have a strong belief that sales activities should be tightly connected to business development activities. Therefore, having an active role in the company’s business development, change management and business plans are key motivation factors and of great importance for me.
