Leads the ARC (Augmented Reality and Cybersecurity) project financed to reassure improved opportunities for people and industry in particular that want to expand and increase existing knowledge base. Led a group of 20 wonderful coworkers through a very intensive expansion phase where we reached 50 colleagues in the same division, the home of Product Realisation, in less than two years. Underwent major program revision and also in supporting structure to facilitate quality improvements. Embarked to digitalise our education programs with inclusion of VR/AR to courses, established a XR Lab for the benefit of capturing real-time benefits for both students, teachers and researchers. Initiated and supported marketing activities of our programs that generated a significant increase of enrolled students.

Dr. Berglund works as a senior lecturer at the Integrated Product Development unit at the school of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, Stockholm, Sweden. He is involved as course director and lectures in several master-level and bachelor-level courses. His current research positions innovation as a main driver behind initiatives in engineering education, with his doctoral thesis entitled ‘Two facets of Innovation in Engineering Education’. He has worked as a KTH CDIO coordinator with focus on the innovation theme and organized several international workshops focusing on innovation implementation and pedagogical development in bachelor level and master level classes. He has several journal publications and peer-revised conference papers, and frequently reviews for journals and conferences in the field of engineering education. The purpose is to promote formative feedback and improve ways to perceive and interpret new ways for lecturers to induce student learning. Focusing on models and actions that are aimed to stimulate implementation efforts are put extra attention to. Forming teacher teams that together support learning about how to learn is a main critera to stimulate progression cross different disciplinary settings and schools within primarily KTH (in a physical proximity), yet external parties are freely to join in and contribute with experience as this arena is not limited to any physical proximity in this online forum, so welcome to join in.

Center for Design Research (CDR) hosted my stay. Spent much time at D-school following up on different courses. Conducted research on ways to improve the innovation capability in design education settings. I also was the on site responsible to prepare and set-up two co-organized Swedish faculty workshops in collaboration with Stanford.

Won what would be known as Venture cup (north), and formed a company that aimed to digitalize the tracking and feedback of all vital ingredients for performing athletes. Worked intensively with creating, programming and outlining a system that would be the most complete and userfriendly product on the market. Market launch, two months before the Sydney Olympics. Invited guest speaker at Bosön Elite and Sports Medicine annual event. Hosted sessions for Elite education at Bosön with focus on "Digital coaching" guiding and benchmarking our selfdeveloped plattform. Also marketing manager, involving supporting sports federation client accounts and create synergies between online/offline campaigns and communication. Made an exit as active contributor in 2008.

Conducted research in ways to foster knowledge transfer throughout the innovation process. Research project focused on the Innovation processes of small and medium sized companies (SMEs).I was highly involved in lecturing during the time and had courses in strategic market planning, business and technology development, and held seminars in industrial marketing and principles of marketing.
