I've just completed an unprecedented 21 year run at Deckers Brands, one of the most dynamic and powerful companies in the world of footwear - and consumer brands broadly speaking. Over the course of that time, I grew from an entry level Marketing Coordinator to my most recent post as the VP and Global GM of the Teva Footwear brand. Throughout my tenure at Deckers I was a central contributor and leader during 2 separate eras of astronomical growth and organizational transformation. Between 2002 and 2011, UGG grew from $36m to just short of $1bn, and our small team built one of the most enduring and essential brands in the history of the industry. In my next capacity as Director of Strategy Development, we acquired a very small but compelling running brand called HOKA, and built a broad and insightful consumer strategy for the brand that enabled to mass adoption that we see today.In 2017 I took over the Teva brand as its Global General Manager. Teva at that time was in some distress, and as a result of my leadership Teva built an authentic and resilient brand that resonates powerfully with youth in the outdoors, built and managed a healthy marketplace, and delivered 5 years of all time high revenue and profitability - adding $100m of revenue to the top line, and returning Teva to its rightful place as champions of category.Throughout my career, I've anchored my leadership around a few critical traits - insightful strategies and clear communication, inspiring and attentive team leadership, and a culture of collective achievement and results orientation that draws people together around a common objective.
