Like every other graphics designer I used Photoshop as my digital playground in my early days. This evolved quickly into web design which I got totally in love with when I realized how powerful marketing tool web development is. After studying graphics design & web development at the university for a couple of years I started to work professionally as a webdesigner. To make sure I would be able to spend every day doing what I love I also got a full time job as a webdesigner at a bigger web agency. At this time developing responsive (mobile friendly) websites became more of a standard, which was perfect timing for me as I was very into the world of smartphones and mobile interfaces. My interest was big enough to make me realize that I enjoy designing mobile user interfaces more than desktop websites. As I tried to find my new way a company called Opera Software took interest in me and hired me as an UI/UX designer for the mobile team.I then founded my own web agency Caliber where I help companies strengthening their brand. To accomplish this I usually develop a modern website from scratch, make sure they reach out to people through social medias and design stuff like business cards, posters, rollups, logotype, all kinds of advertising, corporate clothing, presentation templates and so on. Today Opera is one of the biggest web browsers with more than 350 million active users around the world. As much as this may sound like a cliche every day is a new challenge.Let’s just say I’m into design ;)
