More than thirty years of electronics-, automation- and mechanical engineering experience.Eight years of experience as department manager in the Air Force.I have spent the last nineteen years working within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry where I have developed a deep understanding of GMP, GDP and GAMP within Aseptic Production.I am very experienced in educating people and has the ability of bringing large and complex technical subjects to an easy understanding.My main tasks has been project management and lead engineering in projects for clients world wide, covering all aspects from document handling to large scale biotech facilities.I am known as having great diplomatic skills and key words like seriousness, ownership, competence and dedication are the basis in my professional life.I have spent a time in Getinge Group in defining and building a Life Science Project Department which handles all aspects in GMP projects from design phase to qualification and hand over to the customer. In my current position at NNE I work as Senior Specialist In aseptic production, front-end engineering and SME on mid-sized and large projects in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on filling, packaging and wash/sterilization equipment.Besides that I am Key on NNE Community of Interest (COI) for Fill Finish, being responsible for undertaking the disciplinary leadership, in a team of dicipline experts within Fill Finish, and responsible for the content of dicipline relevant articles and templates in NNE knowledge base.My newest task is a role as developer and trainer in Fill Finish in the NNE training program, called PEAK, where I will give lectures in all NNE offices.Specialties: User Requirement Specification’s, reviewing technical documentation Mechanical and automation consulting, cross disciplinary engineering and validation from a GMP point of view with focus on the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
