Hi,Let me do a brief introduction of myself.I have a controlling experience from Product Development, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality. I consider myself to be an analytical and goal-oriented person with a broad knowledge of the vehicle industry. I always strive for developing myself together with my colleagues to establish the best team possible. I have a Lean mindset and continuously work for improvement and take initiatives to make this happen.Professionally I have spent 19 years at Volvo Cars whereof 13 years in various Controller positions. Six years of my Controlling experience comes from abroad. In 2008 I started in AB Volvo, first from my own Consultant Company and since 2011 as an employee. Within AB Volvo I have been Global Purchasing Controller (Volvo Powertrain & Bus) and Global Product Development Controller (Volvo Bus) and Head of Business Control for Quality and Customer Satisfaction (Volvo Bus). I have been part of Management teams for more than 10 years.
