Broad experience including piled and skirted foundations onshore and offshore, large excavations, earthworks, site drainage, ground improvement and soil investigations, laboratory testing and soil parameter assessments in connection with such projects. Experience with a variety of computer codes, including finite element analyses. During the last 30 years major assignments within foundation design for offshore structures and offshore soil investigations, with positions as project engineer/lead engineer in geotechnical design work for jackets, concrete gravity base structures and subsea structures, and as team leader and Client's representative during field investigations. The main onshore engagements have been with ground improvement, ferry terminals, bridge foundations, drydock construction and large office buildings.Extensive experience in foundation design and design verification of gravity base, piled and suction pile structures, including settlements, stability evaluation of structures due to environmental forces, static and dynamic displacements, cyclic environmental loading, scour protection, pile driving analysis and soil/structure interaction studies.Board member NOTEBY and Multiconsult from 1988 to 2000.
