Ever since I started at my first job as a customer service engineer have I had a passion for giving excellent service to clients. I have continued this passion as my role have changed to Project Manager and later on as Service Delivery Manager. It’s all about meeting high client expectations and make sure that the client receives the highest quality work.I have had the opportunity to travel to different countries through my work life and to work with teams in other countries in all continents on a daily basis. This has been a valuable experience to learn how work life and work habits are in other countries and cultures. This has strengthened me as a person and I enjoy working in a global environment.Specialties:Service Delivery, Transition Management, Project Management. IT Outsourcing.
