-Responsible for the company’s finances and financial analysis. That involves budgeting of cash flow and results and accounting. -Resource optimisation, KPI analysis and efficient use of logistics and stock. Customer profitability analysis-Produce materials for decision making for the company board.-Direct responsibility over two employees and I also steer the 5–6 sales agents and consultants we use. I instruct our Chinese factory regarding production planning.

• Responsible for Credit Suisse’s Stockholm office involving among other things setting the strategy for Credit Suisse in the Nordic, being signee of Credit Suisse accounts and regulatory documents. • Regional manager for three senior bankers. Making sure that they adhere to local rules and regulations and meet the goals and guidelines set up by the bank. Optimize the revenues, costs, investments and thereby profitability in an environment with high demands.• Work closely with the Nordic head of equities setting the equity budget and strategy for the equity team• Involved in client budgeting, evaluation, revenue and profitability analysis and resource allocation• Involved in personnel evaluations and changes in staffing. • In constant dialogue with Credit Suisse Industry analysts. Meeting company management teams from various industries regularly.

-Responsible/Account manager for all Danish and Finnish clients.-Involved in some of the largest Initial Public Offerings in the Nordic such as Yara (Norsk Hydro spinoff), Statoil and Eniro.
