Dedicated to design and implementation of Ericsson’s Global Ethics & Compliance Program and providing operational advice and support on ethics and compliance, risk and governance, with a particular focus on Anti-bribery & corruption, conflicts of interest and other related risk areas. Supporting the company through regulatory investigations, Deferred Prosecution Agreement, DOJ Monitorship and certification of the company's anti-corruption program. Responsibilities include e.g.: - Strategic and operational advice and support to senior management and employees - Design and implementation of global E&C program policies and procedures - Leading or overseeing compliance reviews, risk assessments and related global initiatives with focus on high-risk markets, to enhance the Global program and address local challenges in collaboration with local management, including in Middle East & Africa, Southeast & Central Asia, China, Europe and Latin America. - Global compliance projects, Compliance, business ethics and leadership training & communication, third party management, internal and external reporting, aligned assurance, enterprise risk management, allegation management and remediation, etc.

Supporting the business globally, including challenging markets, with main focus on contract drafting & negotiation and compliance.

Handling litigations & arbitrations related to a wide range of areas and corporate investigations and corporate compliance relating to anti-corruption (Swedish Penal Cod, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc), white-collar crime, trade compliance and human rights violations.

Guest lecturer on civil law and procedural law, leading student mock trials for law students.
