I am a web geek that enjoy using my skills and knowledge to help customers solve business problems with digital applications and solutions.My last position was as the Head of Customer Success for a bootstrapped SaaS B2B company (TwentyThree) and I am extremely proud of everything we accomplished.I have created, hired and managed our Customer Success and Support team from scratch while creating all tools and processes from scratch (Intercom, CRM integrations, CS tool and AirTable for project management) . I have always been the internal product expert and was responsible for almost all of our major enterprise clients securing a proper technical implementation and onboarding flow. This also included being the main contact for gathering feedback and insights to ensure that our product matched the business requirements of our customers.
