Responsible for the strategic development of the Keepit platform with a focus on delivering the core service across multiple supported workloads. Together with a team of Product Managers, my main focus is to prioritize new functionality and to provide bussiness and commercial input to the product development process.

I was hired as the first full-time Sales Engineer at Keepit. I was respsonbile for creating and driving the pre-sales process from POC or Trial all the way through customer onboarding. This included implementing the proces in the organisation and building a team of Sales Engineers to run it. I was also directly responsible for pre- and post-sales of large Enterprise and Strategic customers.

Responsible for all Customer Success and support efforts. Hired and managed a team of supporters and account managers to handle all interactions and relationships with customers. This included ensuring renewals and churn prevention while also building customer cases and stories. Also acted as product expert and escalation point for advanced support and customer issues.• Implemented support tools: Zendesk, Intercom and HubSpot and set up dashboards for reporting.• Implemented Customer Success tool Natero for running churn prevention. customer retention and customer activation.• Created and executed a 4-week onboarding process for all new customers.• Direct account manager for large enterprise customers.Highlighted customers and projects I was responsible for: Jyske Bank TV, Sitecore, DBU TV, Spotify, Novo Nordisk. Telia, SimCorp, KPMG, Novozymes, Ramboll, Dynaudio.

I was the first exclusive customer success manager and took over support responsibility and account management of all customers (around 150-200).• Responsible for implementing first dedicated support tool: Zendesk.• Responsible for onboarding of all new customers primarily in the Nordics(NO, SE, DK)
