Joined the BookSeats team as an intern. Main responsibilities include managing existing orders and communicating with hotel, flight, and ticket providers to ensure fans are provided with exceptional sport travel packages.

Worked as an employee for a 3 years before being promoted to a supervisor role. Worked as a supervisor for 4 years. Some responsibilities of this role included the training and managing of new staff, scheduling 15 to 20 employees, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, worked as part of the maintenance team for a 2 year period. Responsibilities included turf and tee-line maintenance and maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machines.

Worked as a crew member at McDonald’s restaurants. Responsibilities included stocking and preparing food and communicating with other staff members in order to ensure all customers were served in a timely manner while providing high quality food.

Worked as a co-op student for 2 months prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed important communication and organizational skills while gaining meaningful experience in the sport industry
