As a Project Manager at Alfa Laval, my primary responsibility involves overseeing end-to-end classic repair, upgrade and retrofit boiler related projects, encompassing both mechanical and electrical aspects. My scope of work is broad and covers various duties, including delivery coordination, manpower planning, customer contact, budget management, invoicing and order evaluations. My role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
