As chairman I've been the initiator and am responsible for the first "leandag" in Trondheim, this fall (2020), a full-day conference with several talented and in-demand speakers. I represent the region in Lean Forum Norway, where I among other things participate in the committee for their upcoming podcast.

Lean Forum Midt-Norge is a regional part of Lean Forum Norge.As deputy chairman I have been responsible in the chairman's absence as well as planned and conducted several meetups.

As a business developer at EiendomsMegler 1 Midt-Norge, I am responsible for the company's digital platform, where I lead a team with several resources that work daily to come up with innovative solutions for the benefit of the company, with the goal of increased sales, productivity, customer and user value and professional quality. In relation to this, I have been the Project Manager for several digitalisation projects, including the development of 1) a complex GDPR solution that ensures full automation in compliance with the privacy regulations 2) a CRM solution with many smart functionalities for effective handling of leads 3) new module for effective bidding 4) etc. All new solutions have been conducted from initial discovery to fully implemented solution in the company. As part of this, I have largely used methods such as agile, lean startup and design thinking. To date, the work has contributed to several millions in annual cost reduction, increased customer value through faster and more digital handling of the brokerage process, increased productivity through less use of paper, fewer steps in the processes, etc.At the same time I have been responsible for the company's strategy process. Here I led an extended management group through several workshops over half a year, where I used methodology such as "must-win battles", Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder) and strategy and transformation maps. After an initial analysis of the present situation (internal and external), a future target was prepared, which formed the basis for the discussion about the strategy itself. The result was four distinctive battles with underlying focus areas, which were presented at the company's annual kick-off in January.In addition, I have facilitated a larger lean process in the company's case management and settlement unit, a process that has continued while I have been on parental leave.

As a Management Consultant I conducted several projects as both Project Manager and Process Manager within healthcare, banking & finance and real estate, helping businesses become more efficient and digital, as well as increasing customer value and creating good customer experiences. In these projects I was working on fields like strategy & operations, process optimisation (Lean Six Sigma) and organisational development, with great success for the clients. For example, one of the client's business unit increased their market share from 40% to 60% after a major lean project.Since I have experience from full-scale implementation of Robotics, I played a sentral part of EY Nordics Intelligent Automation Task Force. In connection with this, I conducted several external seminars and guest lectures at colleges and universities in Norway. In order to contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience, I also initiated the establishment of a 'Robotics Forum', where several large companies in Norway are participants.As member of the the technology consulting management team in Trondheim, I was in full charge of everything related to Intelligent Automation. As part of this, I delivered several successful sales processes within different industries and business units regarding this field.

One of DNB's internal consultants, working primarily on Lean Six Sigma and Robotics projects.Project Manager 'Lean Six Sigma':In all Lean Six Sigma projects I conducted several interviews, facilitated workshops using value stream mapping and structured problem solving tools, and performed lots of quantitative analysis of large datasets in order to estimate effects and verify hypotheses.Two example projects:(1) Risk Reporting and Analysis: With increased requirements for risk information and reporting from the authorities, while requiring internal analysis to be delivered quickly and with great flexibility, the division over time had significantly increased workload. The goal was to free up time so that the division could deliver according to increased workload with the same resource capacity as well as adjust the division structure to achieve better interaction and flow.(2) Corporate Banking: Relationship Managers in Corporate Banking spent approx. 40% of their time on credit work, and needed to work closer to customers and consequently focus more on sales. The goal was to free up time, for instance by considering simplifications of credit regulations.Project Manager 'Robotics':- As one of three, I was building the Robotics department. At the same time as I was responsible for several projects, I prepared a comprehensive operating model for further work with Robotics in DNB. In addition to developing a strategy, phases and related activities were mapped, from suitability assessment, pipeline construction, deep dive and project preparation, to development, testing, operation of robots and change management. In particular, I was responsible for building pipeline (identification, analysis and prioritisation) and creating interest around Robotics. As a result, I conducted a host of presentations and workshops to show how to find suitable processes for Robotics.
