Responsible for building an entrepreneurial eco-system at Musicon.- Planning, managing and executing Selvstarter - an accelerator for business school students.- Teaching start-up founders about lean startup methodology, metrics that matters (startup finance), get-keep-grow (startup marketing), business model design, customer development techniques, preetotyping, sprint methodology, etc.- Coaching and sparring with growth entrepreneurs- Coordinate monthly events for entrepreneurs- Helping to develop a new strategic playbook for Musicon

- Responsible for daily operations, sales and marketing, increasing the occupancy rate to 93% so far.- Sparring with our growth entrepreneurs and facilitating their participation in our growth and incubation programs.- Planning and executing social and professional networking events.

At Archimed I was responible for planning and executing a financial rescue plan. The plan consisted of:- Cutting ties with our freelance staff and discontinuing three full time employees- Implementing new workflows and management systems resulting in better economics, time and project management- Implementing new sales strategy- Coaching our project managers- Budgeting and follow-up- I chose to quit after completing the rescue plan to find my passion in life

Responsible for a wide range of development initiatives including:- Planning, coordinating and executing a one-year skill acqusition program containging 20 workshops and 4 external courses for over 60 cityplanners.- Workflow analasis on the local and general residental planning area. Development of productivity analysis of Copenhagen's local plans in cooperation with the consultancy Niras.- Analysis of existing service level and proposing new ideas to further strengthening the centers service culture.- Citizen involvement. Analysis of citizens involvement methods and scope in Technology and Environment Administration in Copenhagen. Composing a political note on the benefits, challenges and problems of citizen involvement in Copenhagen Municipality's Technical and Environmental Committee.- Project leader for local plan Livgardens Kaserne and Energicenter Voldparken respectively.
