Uxd - App Responsible
During the summer of 2014 Widex started building apps that could remote control hearing aids. I was responsible for defining how the UX in Widex remote control apps. As additional UX'ers was added to app development group I beccme overall UX responsible.Additionally the position required me to qualify market requirements and participate in concept work. From marketing we recieved one-liners that had to be matured to a level where solutions could be implemented. During the concepting phase I provided user insights regarding HA users, who also uses apps.

I have been the Scrum Master for both an established team, built a new team, and expanded a team.During the time I was a Scrum Master at Widex, the Scrum Master was also taking on another role in the team towards the end of 2015 the workload of being both the team UXD and Scrum Master was too much work. So I stepped down as Scrum Master and continued as UXD
