I have been working close to 40 years (whereof 30 at Scania, 5 for VW and 5 for Saab Automobile) in an international environment based in Sweden, Brazil (3 years) Uk 4 (months) and Asia (10 years). I have had leadership roles over 30 years ranging from 10 persons up to 2400 people working for me. The last role being Regional responsible for Asia and Oceania covering 18 countries including India, China, Australia, Japan among others. Also been in many boards often as the chairman. Part of Scanias Group Management the last 20 years.
