During 2024 I have dedicated my efforts to develop and strengthen the EKA Knives brand and to create a better position for future growth. During the course of the project, a strategic name change was carried out, and the brand has now been more clearly positioned.A selective distribution policy in accordance with VBER22 was implemented, along with clear guidelines for online marketing and sales. These measures have provided EKA1882 with a stronger foundation to address the challenges the business previously faced and created opportunities for future growth.
