With a background that covers both Range (8 years) and Supply (10 years) sub processes within IKEA domain I have a broad and solid understanding of the IKEA IT landscape, processes and most critical IT solutions within purchasing, supply chain and range management at IKEA. During these years I have worked in different roles both with custom built systems as well as slightly adjusted bought standard systems. I have a strong technical expertise with extensive experience of developing IKEA's business by maintaining and creating effective global IT solutions tailored for IKEA:s IT landscape and their dependent integrations. I have the ability to describe and explain complex things to the current audience level of understanding and/or angle of interest. I'm passionate about working cross functional while providing business enabling solutions from start to finish and believe that the best solutions are born in small groups of motivated people with a mix of roles and professional skills working close together to deliver the best possible solution.
