Under leadership of NBAS President and in collaboration with the board, good colleagues, and Team Norway, I led the work to:- Guide NBAS through the COVID-19 pandemic, providing members with value through virtual events, podcasts, and networking lunches in smaller groups.- Increase NBAS's annual sponsorship revenue from SGD 20,000 to SGD 100,000.- Grow NBAS's membership from 90 to 115 companies.- Open NBAS to Singapore companies with interests in Norwegian businesses.- Launch and execute four editions of the Singapore Norway Innovation Conference (SNIC).- Shift the focus of the decarbonization discussion to energy efficiency at SNIC 2022, which is reflected in the new IMO requirements.- Relaunch the Annual Norwegian Seafood Dinner with 1,000 guests at the Fairmont Hotel

Led the project to build a business directory of all Norwegian companies in Singapore, which was completed on time and within budget.

As the deputy chair of the ExtraStiftelsen's (now known as the DAM Foundation) board, I was involved in allocating NOK 336 million, equivalent to 6.4% of the surplus of Norsk Tipping, to health and research projects by voluntary organizations that promote physical and mental health, mastery and quality of life.

The company offers consulting services on universal design in buildings, outdoor areas, transportation, transportation facilities, planning, websites, web solutions, apps, and vending machines.

I led a secretariat of 25 people. Under the leadership of the board and in collaboration with good colleagues and other organizations, I led the work to:- Secure resources for cochlear implant surgeries through political and media campaigns, so that all deaf children and adults who have become deaf have the opportunity to hear and speak.- Increase the membership from 19,000 to 65,000, becoming the fastest growing organization in the social political field in Norway.- Introduce and manage insurance for hearing aids for all HLF members.- Redistribute the surplus of Norsk Tipping, which increased the organization's income by an average of 5 million kroner annually.- Professionalize HLF's media and interest-political advocacy work.- Text all live news and current affairs programs.- Caption all Norwegian cinema films, making them accessible to 600,000 Norwegians with hearing loss.- Introduce universal design in public buildings and transportation. HLF was a key driver for universal design to be legislated in Norway in 2011. This has made it easier for people with hearing loss to participate in society on an equal footing with others.- Establish a joint-stock company for the rehabilitation of people with tinnitus and Ménière's disease - Briskeby Rehabilitering og Utdarettede tjenester (Briskeby Rehabilitation and Specialized Services).

Advocates for disability rights in developing countries. Promotes inclusion, accessibility, and policy reform. Achievements include inclusive education, and empowerment initiatives.

Leadership responsibility for 70 people: Together with the leadership team at Briskeby, I led the company through a transition period and completed the following tasks:- Strengthened the leadership at the school and HLF Briskeby Rehabilitering utadrettede tjenester AS.- Built a rehabilitation pavilion and won a tender for tinnitus, Meniere's and cochlear implant rehabilitation in the Helse Sør Øst region.- Improved collaboration with the parent organization HLF.

- Responsible for HLF's media relations and public profile.- Editorship of Din Hørsel, a Norwegian-language magazine for people with hearing loss. More than doubled circulation and readership from 19,000/48,640 to 44,840/114,790. - Responsible for HLF's fundraising and marketing.- Leadership of 3-5 people in the period (formalized as of January 2006).- Included in HLF's leadership team.

- Led the club to its three best sports years, with a third-place finish in the Norwegian Men's Team Championship in 2002 as a highlight. - Doubled the recruitment of young juniors. - Initiated, but not fulfilled, a process to acquire the ownership of the land the tennis courts are located on, which had previously been leased.

I worked as a taxi driver on Friday and Saturday nights every other weekend while studying in Oslo. With between 80 and 100 rides every single weekend, and hours of chatting with people from all walks of life... it provided a solid training ground for honing my people skills
