Responsible for transforming a service organization into a customer focused and commercially driven company focused on development. It meant changing all aspects of business including IT-system landscape and development and digitalization of the offer as well as developing new brand and communication platforms.

Responsible for developing new brand and range strategy as well as a new 5 year business plan. We went from 4th to 2nd place within our business segment in two years and was voted best supplier of the year 2009 by the Swedish furniture retail association. During these years we focused on developing and building a learning and knowledge based organization and to develop partnerships with our suppliers and retailers.

Worked as an Associate within Corporate Finance focusing on finance and retail segments. Project lead several public and corporate transactions, both on the sell- and on the buy-side.

I was part of the Client Relationship Management team focused on large corporates and financial institutions. Was part of setting up the financial institutions group as well as worked within the tech and telecom customer teams.

Went through SEBs trainee program. Had the opportunity to experience most parts within the bank and undergo an extensive course program, among them SEBs leadership program.
