In this new rolle a new area of responsibility has been added to the negotiation team. The new area within eSourcing provides advanced analytics integrated into our sourcing and tender processes as well as handling e-auctions.

Heading up a team of negotiators who are leading the negotiations with suppliers in Strategic Sourcing.

Responsible for managing due dilligence processes for new potential compounds, technologies, IP rights or parts of other corporations.The job also includes negotiating the licensing agreements, material transfer agreements with external parties.

- Experience within outsourcing, vendor management and contracts management, including experience managing and governing preferred provider relationships.- Indepth knowledge og the setup and management in the utilization of imaging in clinical trials in a range of therapeutic areas - including haemostasis, inflammation and osteoporosis. - Experience in preparing confidentiality agreements, individual agreements/work orders, Master Service Agreements and contract amendments. - Experience of working in pharma companies, CRO and IT company. - Good understanding of the drug development process from phase I to IV studies and excellent knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry. - Knowledge of appropriate requirements, such as ICH GCP and 21 CFR part 11. - Experience of working to SOP’s, policies and document standards. - Experience in Outsourcing Strategy.- Experienced in project management with international teams. - Used to working on complex, multifaceted projects requiring networking with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. - Outgoing, flexible, motivated, positive person, with initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team. The Clinical Outsourcing group works as a center of exellence to the rest of the R&D division.
