Leading a strong and independent team with Project Coordinators, Designers and Technical Quantifiers.All 3 groups united as Customer Service, responsible for the overall target to provide a high degree of service and unique carpet solutions for the Marine and Hospitality segment.As Manager the most important task is to secure best possible work environment, set the best conditions and ensure the well-being of each employee. Operational task for the full department are divided into 3 overall groups such as; pre-sale phase, order handling & nonconforming:Handling of DOF (Designs Order Form) within pre-sale includes:- Special design development- Recolor of existing designs- Preparation for sample production- 2D & 3D visualizations- Technical quantification of carpet quantity- Sample ordersHandling of OF (Order Form) within order handling includes:- Preparation of production designs- Creation of sales orders in ERP system- Logistic coordination between warehouse and freight forwarders- Commission calculations and marking of orders for invoicingHandling of nonconforming includes:- Creation of claim orders in ERP systemAll above is done with a high focus on the individual strengths and by utilizing the strength of the team, but also with a high degree of focus on internal KPI’s to secure that these are on track according to defined targets.As Customer Service Manager also cross functional alignment between departments such as; accounting, planning, production & logistic is an important role to secure long term results for the company.Other daily primary tasks:- Creation and maintenance of processes and work instructions in internal management system (Sherlock Web)- Responsibility of maintain internal CRM system- KPI reporting to management- Cross functional projects- Operational marketing stakeholder- Support on CSR related tasks

Leading a strong and independent team of fully professional MRP Controllers with main focus and responsibilities within.- MRP Controlling (Exception handling for 4 Danish production facilities/warehouses)- Material Masterdata maintenance (Lot sizing, Coverage profiles, MRP Profiles, etc.)- Inventory Monitoring (Inventory turnover, weeks of stock, obsolete stock, etc.)- Advanced sourcing methods (Consignment stock, contract warehousing, etc.)All above is done with a high focus on the individual employee and by utilizing the strenght of the team, but also with a high degree of focus in the strenghts and weaknesess of the individual employee.Included in the job an intern alignment within in department, but also towards internally stakeholders such as BA (Business administration), Planning, logistic and other stakeholders is needed to create long term results across departments.
